The Ashfield Metal Detecting Club used to meet at 7.30pm on the first Monday in each month at The Staff Of Life, West End, Sutton In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire I NO LONGER KNOW WHERE THE CLUB MEETS. IF ANYONE CAN PLEASE TELL ME, I WILL UPDATE THE WEB SITE WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION The aims of the club are to promote, protect and encourage the hobby of metal detecting and historical research. The club organises regular mid week and occasional Sunday searches which are well attended. There is a 'Find of the Month' (each month surprisingly), raffles, social events, guest speakers and a club library amongst other things. |
